Michael Edwards

Michael Edwards has worked in the visual arts in Tasmania for four decades through a variety of professional, educational, curatorial, editorial and administrative roles.

He is currently the Director of Contemporary Art Tasmania and Chair of National Exhibition Touring Support Australia (NETS Australia). He also has a seat at Contemporary Art Organisations of Australia’s table and regularly serves on advisory committees and panels.

Contemporary Art Tasmania supports Walantanalinany Palingina and is the body which services WaPa’s agreements.
